It is the mission of the Madison Chapter to be the best musical experience possible for its members, guests, and audiences.
Our History
The Capitol Chordsmen Chorus is an acappella Men’s Chorus in Madison, Wisconsin, with origins tracing back to 1945. Capitol Chordsmen is a chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society, the premier a cappella musical organization in the world.
We primarily perform and compete in the barbershop close-harmony style of singing, but our repertoire also draws from jazz, broadway, and original compositions.

Our vision is to improve the musical experience of:
